The 'Rooted in Texas' drive-thru pick up takes place on Saturday at the EEA's headquarters. The event is also open to residents of any community under the Edwards Aquifer Authority, including the counties of Uvalde, Medina, Texas, Comal, Hays, and Guadalupe.
